Living is an investment.

Stop to think. What are you doing now? Where’s your attention?

Every time we spend time on something, we are actually investing.

Time itself is a huge investment. But in general it comes with still other resources: attention, energy, mental, physical and often emotional work as well.

This comes at a cost. And it impacts outside of us, which sometimes we don’t understand. But it does have some impact. That you can be sure of.

The investments we make every day have different characteristics:
High-risk investments, which happen when people spend resources on something with an uncertain return…

Low-risk investments, which are those with a guaranteed return, but usually very small…

And non-refundable investments, which is when we spend time and energy doing something that hurts, which tends to bring losses.

Now, why would anyone make a non-refundable investment?
Do not know. Personally, I think everyone has different reasons for doing anything.

And just as a non-refundable investment tends to bring bad results, a positive focus tends to bring positive results.

It depends on how much energy you spend, how much risk you are taking on this investment and how long you can keep your resources allocated there. Whether they are financial or not.

The thing I wanted to share here, friends, is:
What are you investing in? What are you doing right now?

Do you invest in friends or love? Do you invest in your career? What is the risk of the investment you make? In the short, medium, or long term?

With love,
